Food at MFF

I'm in a bit of a quandary. Kitty and I are in charge of con suite at this year's MFF. We have been trying to figure out a menu for some time. We think we have an idea for the Friday dinner, but I thought I would run it by my friends on LJ to see if it would fly. Our goal is to provide something really classy for con-goers. We want it to be the best damn con suite in the fandom. The criteria must be something easy to prepare that can feed a few hundred folks.

In keeping with the theme of "Critters on the High Seas" we thought "FISH!" How can we easily prepare fish? SUSHI! There's a huge Japanese market not too far from the hotel. So the question is: If there was sushi available for dinner, would you come and participate? If so, how many pieces of sushi could you eat? We're thinking California roll style. I'm having a hard time imagining how many pieces one could eat.
