Happy Halloween!

It's the most wonderful day of the year! Screw Christmas! Today is the day we can all wear fursuits and no one will think twice about it! Perhaps we should rename it, "OK-to-be-a-furry-day" *lol*

We'll be having a get together at Fur Central tonight. I jokingly said, "Let's have a party where everyone MUST wear a fursuit of some sort." Everyone liked the idea. Heck, we have plenty of cheap Target suits now plus a cheap bear suit I bought from China. Let's freak out the trick-or-treaters! It'll look like CSI!

Comcast has a bunch of scary movies on demand. I want to have "The Midnight Meat Train" playing in the background. I had never heard about this movie until going to the dollar theater to see something else. Almost everyone in line was asking what the heck that movie was! I'm not sure it even played in a regular theater. I caught a bit of it a few weeks ago and it was positively awful! Perfect for a Halloween party! I read some of the reviews on IMDB and it sounds like it gets even worse at the end. Awesome! "Night of the Living Dead" (the original) is also available on demand. That would be cool as well. It's such a classic horror movie! I only wish "Psycho" was available. I have had the soundtrack in my head ever since hearing it on Sirus classical pop while driving through Maine.

I guess I'll post a little side rant here about Comcast On Demand. They have a very limited number of good programs available ("Mad Men" = win!) as well as free movies. They have been promoting James Bond in anticipation of the new movie coming out in a week. They put ALL Bond movies available for instant viewing. Hooray! Oh wait. They are charging $3 for each movie with the exception of a few. WTH?!? $3 to watch "Dr No?" $3 to watch "The Man With the Golden Gun?" (one of the worst Bond movies IMHO). At least I was able to watch one of my favorites, "Diamonds are Forever," for free.
