Another Alaska Before and After

Earlier in the year I bought a dvd which contained copies of every "Trains" magazine issue for the past 70 years. Before the Alaska trip I did a lot of research on the White Pass & Yukon Railroad which ran from Skagway to Whitehorse. One pic that caught my eye was of downtown Skagway taken in the early part of the 20th century. I tried to find the exact location using Google Street View and it appeared to be somewhere near the Mascot Saloon (where I later got a fursuit pic in front of). While in Skagway I tried to get the location pic. I came pretty close! It would have been a bit better if I went into the middle of the street. Stupid me should have brought a copy of the old photo to have better matched up the locales.
