Fruity Post

I checked the trees yesterday and we have plums! This is in addition to the peaches we noticed forming last week. The apricots are doing well. They're about super-ball sized now and starting to change color. My boss has an apricot in her yard and said that they should be ripe by June. No news yet on the apple trees although the Fuji flowered prolifically. Then again, so did the nectarine and we haven't seen any baby fruit yet either. In other gardening news I have at least started to prepare my vegetable beds. I hope to get some beets, lettuce, and radishes in the ground this weekend.
