Guacamole Update

I really love to cook! I absolutely love to put a few cd's in the changer and rock out while I create tasty treats. I ended up making 4 different batches of guacamole. One was essentially an avocado dip which was mostly sour cream, one had cream cheese as a base, and 2 were more traditional recipes. The green chili I had in the freezer still had it's kick, and I think I'll freeze that batch to bring to the folks at work when I get back from San Diego in a week. Here's the pic of my accomplishment!

I'll put the recipes behind a cut

Avocado Dip
3 avocados
16 oz sour cream
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 Tablespoon lemon/lime juice

Philly avocado dip
2 avocados
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
2 Tablespoons lemon/lime juice
1 clove garlic
1/8 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper

New Mexico Hot Guac
4 avocados
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green chili
1/4 cup cilantro
4 Tablespoons lemon/lime juice
1 teaspoon cumin

Traditional Guac
4 avocados
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 Tablespoon cilantro
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 Tablespoon green chili
1 1/2 Tablespoon lemon/lime juice
