Several of us are planning an Alaskan cruise this August. Right now there are 6 of us, pretty much the same group that did Yellowstone Con last year. We'll all be meeting at FC to hash out details, but if you have any interest in joining us, block off 7 or so days in August. What we have found out is that prices are about $900 for an interior room, $1200 for a room with a view, and $1700-$1900 for a balcony room (per person). We haven't decided on a cruise line yet, but Carnival will probably be knocked off our list. Al Bear and Dexter Fox took a cruise on Crystal Lines last year in Europe that they absolutely loved, but since they are charging $4000 for Alaska, I think they can also be safely removed from the list. Anybody out there have good or bad stories about the others i.e. Holland, Royal Caribbean, Princess?
