Kitty and I had a nice laid-back weekend. We were invited out to dinner on both Saturday and Sunday, so we had good times hanging out with friends. The weather was just so-so. We had a taste of the typical spring winds which drive me up a wall when I go for walkies. I did get to witness a "tumbleweed devil" which is nothing more than a dust devil that was loaded with tumbleweeds which are all over the mesa. I'll end the post with a little tidbit I read this morning concerning the weekend box office numbers:
"With the multiplexes stuffed with R-rated offerings ("Deadpool," ''London Has Fallen," ''Whiskey Tango Foxtrot"), the acclaimed "Zootopia" has had family audiences all to itself. The film, which imagines a metropolis inhabited by animals, will have little competition before "The Jungle Book" arrives in mid-April.
Taking in $83.1 million internationally over the weekend, "Zootopia" has already made more than $430 million globally."
